This cottage is similar to The Gebhardt Cottage in that it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a lovely view of the grounds and lake. The earlier screened-in porch has been made into a living room that opens into the kitchen and eating area.

There is a master bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with shower. At the other side of the cottage kitchen are a bunk room and twin bed room that share the second bathroom. There is a brick terrace with picnic table, gas grill and chaise lounges. The lawn is green all the way to the beach.
