The Cook's Cottage This cottage is located next to The Dorm for it was really where the cooks lived when we had a dining room. It is for a family of 4 and has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with twins.

The Dorm Before 1989, this cottage housed the staff of college women. It has been totally remodeled in 1992-3 into a lovely roomy cottage for 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms: queen bedroom, bunk bed room, and the rest twins. There are 2 bathrooms with showers.

Brown Cottage Built in 1923 in the "Arts & Crafts" architectural style, this rambling, one floor, 7-bedroom cottage has 3 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and ample dining area, fully-equipped new kitchen, large screened-in porch, outdoor terrace with picnic tables, gas grill and chaise lounges.

Cottage 18 Cottage 18 is for 6 people with one bathroom. One enters into the living room and kitchen area through a screened-in porch which runs the length of the front of the cottage. The bedrooms are with bunk bed and twin and the master bedroom with a queen bed. The 6th person is sleeping on a sofa bed.

Cottage 16 One of the next 3 cottages that were split from a building called in the early part of the century, the Bowling Alley. Cottage 16 is entered through its shaded front porch into the kitchen and living room which separates the two bedrooms.

Cottage 14 In earlier days, this Cottage was in another location. It was called the Paper Cottage. We are not sure why. It has a perfect view of the fountain and the lake from its screened-in front porch. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a 5th person.

The Hotel The Hotel consists of 7 guest rooms which share 3 bathrooms for your overnight guests. These rooms can be occupied by the night if you have someone coming up to visit at the Point.

Mt. Auburn This large Cottage used to be called 11 & 12 until we found an old photograph of three women in long dresses sitting out front of this cottage knitting. There was a sign over the porch that read Mt Auburn Cottage. We renamed it that again. This photo hangs on the wall in the living room.

Cottage 8 This is a two-bedroom cottage for a family of 4 or two couples. The main room has a sitting area with table for 4 and well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own entrance to the bathroom. The other bedroom has twins which can be made into a king.

Cottage 6 Cottage 6 is a one-bedroom Cottage with a sitting area, kitchen with stove, and eating area. The Bedroom in this cottage has 2 twin beds which can be made into a king bed and a Murphy twin bed for a third person.

Gebhardt Cottage This lovely Cottage was built in 1924 for the present owner's Grandparents. It was renovated and enlarged in 1998. It has a fire place in the living room where there is a large table for more than 6 people; nicely arranged kitchen with stove. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Honeymoon Cottage Originally constructed as an octagonal playhouse in the early 1880s, this one bedroom (queen) cottage for 2 is perched at the "top of the Point" with sweeping views across the grounds and 15 miles down the lake.

Treehouse The Tree House Cottage is named so because it sits on the edge of our forest. This cottage is for 10 people. Upstairs there is a loft with 4 twin beds and a closed off bedroom with queen bed: A bathroom remodeled 2003 with 2 entrances.

Cottage 19 This Cottage is for a family of 6. There are 3 small bedrooms and a living room with eating area and kitchen. There is a large screened-in porch off one of the bedrooms where one can also eat.

Cottage 17 In Cottage 17 you can still see the flooring from the Bowling Alley Cottage which was split in the early part of the century into 3 cottages; this being the middle section. Cottage 17 is entered through its shaded front porch into the living room and kitchen which separates the two bedrooms.

Cottage 15 Cottage 15 is for a family of 4: Two bedrooms and a bath. One bedroom with queen bed and the other has bunk beds.

Shepherd Cottage This cottage is similar to The Gebhardt Cottage in that it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a lovely view of the grounds and lake. The earlier screened-in porch has been made into a living room that opens into the kitchen and eating area.

Cottage 7 Cottage 7 is a one-bedroom cottage with queen bed and a Murphy twin bed for a child or extra person. It has a sitting area, kitchen with stove and small eating area. The shaded terrace has picnic table, gas grill and chaise lounges.

Cottage 5 A two-bedroom cottage: One with queen bed and one with twins. The sitting room and kitchen and eating area open onto a screened-in porch that opens onto a terrace with picnic table, gas grill, and chaise lounges under a line of Maples.

The Barn Originally constructed as a storage out-building in the early 1880s, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage for 7 is situated next to the Honeymoon Cottage at the "top of the Point" with sweeping views across the grounds and 15 miles down the lake.
